• Send real-time chat updates and booking notifications.
• Maintain the safety and security of the QarPul platform.
• Improve technical performance and user experience.

To protect your privacy, driver phone numbers and WhatsApp links are hidden from non-logged in users and only shared with prospective passengers.

We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We store your data securely utilizing Supabase and Firebase, industry-leading cloud service providers that use encryption both in transit and at rest.

You can update your profile details in your settings at any time, or request the permanent deletion of your account and related data by emailing us.
